VoiDit is a calm, anonymous place to release what you carry. This page explains what we collect and why, and the terms you agree to when you use the app.

You are anonymous to other people by design. What you release is separated from who you are before anyone else can see it. Here is exactly what the app handles.
We do not collect GPS or precise location, your contacts, financial information, health records, or any advertising identifier. If you choose a country at signup, we store only that country code. VoiDit uses no advertising or behavioural analytics.
VoiDit uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and basic device and app-version information when the app fails. We use this only to find and fix technical problems. Crash reports must not include the text or audio of your voids, your messages, or your email address.
Other users never receive your account identity. Your email is never shown to anyone. A void carries only what its identity setting allows: nothing, a Void ID, or a username you chose. Reactions and reads are counts only, never a name.
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and Google Firebase for push notifications. These are service providers that process data on our behalf. All traffic is encrypted in transit. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other companies for their own use.
Voids appear publicly for 24 to 72 hours, then are kept only in your own private archive. Thread messages are permanently deleted when a thread ends. Block records remain while the blocking account exists. Resolved safety reports are removed after 90 days. Other account data is kept until you delete your account.
In the app, open Profile then Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything tied to it, including your voids, your archive, your messages, your voice clips, and your device tokens. This cannot be undone.
VoiDit is for people 18 and older and is not directed to children.
By using VoiDit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
VoiDit is for people 18 and older. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
A space to release anonymous thoughts as text or voice, read what others release, react quietly, and start brief one to one messages. Voids are temporary and fade on their own. Nothing here is meant to last.
You keep ownership of what you write and record. By releasing a void or sending a message, you give us the limited permission we need to store it, show it to other people as your identity setting allows, and run the service. You are responsible for what you release.
To keep this a safe place to set something down, do not use VoiDit to:
We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.
VoiDit is a place to set something down, not professional help, therapy, or a crisis line. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are in danger or in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. The app can point you toward support, but it is not a substitute for it.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
This is an early product. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
VoiDit is provided as it is, without warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error free, or that content from other people is accurate or safe. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of VoiDit.
Questions about your privacy, these terms, or a request about your data can go to support@voidit.app.
